Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist Jane Miles and Chiropractor Jack Hue shared their expertise on wellbeing with members of WIZO Rabin this past weekend. Members learned tips on how to stay healthy, age better and manage their weight. Following the inspirational tips and delicious health brekkie members enjoyed a 3 km walk in the sunny cool crisp weather. What a great way to start your day - spending a morning with friends, learning how to stay healthy, sharing delicious food and a beautiful walk - and all of this for a great cause! All proceeds will go towards building the School of Life at Ahuzat Yeladim for disadvantaged children. We invite you to try Sue's healthy bread: 2 cups wholewheat self rising flour 1 cup self raising flour 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon bicarb dissolved in 2 tablespoons cold water 5ooml buttermilk Mix all ingredients together. 'Pour into a greased loaf tin and sprinkle with sesame seeds Bake at 180 degree for 1 hour and 15 minutes
