Supermodel Bar Refaeli is Israel’s highest paid model, as well as being an active businesswoman and investor in both her homeland and abroad.

Bar was raised in a secular Jewish family in Hod HaSharon and began her career in modelling as a baby – her mother had also been a well-known fashion model before having Bar, in the 1970s. She has featured in numerous fashion publications, ads and campaigns for leading brands all over the world, but diversifies her career with roles in small films and a variety of business investment ventures.

Amongst her string of high-profile appearances, she has been a Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue and hosted Israel’s X-Factor and Eurovision Song Contest of 2019.
