9. Susan Wojcicki

100 Women of Influence

Susan Wojcicki is one of the biggest names in tech, as one of Google’s founding team and current CEO of digital giant, YouTube.

Born in California in 1968, to Russian-Jewish ancestry, she studied at Harvard before obtaining Master’s degrees in both Science and Business Administration.
Susan spoke at ICON’s Israeli Women in Tech group in 2016 & works tirelessly at countering gender discrimination in the tech world.

We’re also big admirers of Susan’s advocacy for such things as the plight of Syrian refugees, expanding paid family leave and prioritising the teaching of coding in schools.
