A petite, softly spoken woman, this is certainly true of Esther Mor who was just recently re-elected President of World WIZO.
Born in Pakistan of Russian heritage, Esther has resided in India, Italy, Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Switzerland, Belgium and the US and since 1980 in Israel. She is a true woman of the world who speaks 9 languages and is highly educated both scholastically and in life across the globe.
Esther has brought all this experience to WIZO and found her calling in the fundraising division initiating many new and exciting campaigns. People just can’t say no to Esther. Everyone respects and admires her dignity and her strength of purpose as well as being a well-known figure in Israeli society and beyond. Through her connections in Italy, she even arranged for Andrea Bocelli to perform in Israel!
As President of World WIZO Esther travels extensively to many Federations to support them with their fundraising and share her knowledge and passion.
Esther is truly one of a kind. She is most definitely a woman of influence!
