38. Adele Rosenfeld

For many years Adele was known as the go-to person in the WIZO office. Having worked in the office for an incredible 27 years she displayed a fountain of knowledge of who’s who in the WIZO and wider community.

Adele welcomed people into the office with her big smile and was always happy to have a chat – usually about the amazing work that WIZO NSW was doing for the disadvantaged children and families in Israel.

Adele is an active fundraiser and a dedicated member of WIZO Ayelet – probably the most successful and consistent fundraising group in the history of WIZO NSW.

They call her the Queen of Hearts- famous for her meticulous organising of the Ayelet bi-annual bridge events, which are highly successful, raise substantial amounts, and are enjoyed by all.

Adele serves on the Executive of WIZO NSW and has received WIZO’s highest honour – The Rebecca Sieff Award.
