This year, October 11 marks the International Day of the Girl Child, and the global theme is Digital Generation.

At WIZO, we are throwing the spotlight on inequality in pay and opportunities for girls. WIZO educates and advocates to create awareness, empowering girls with the confidence to demand their rights and elevate their status to be the best they can be.

Through many courses and workshops, WIZO puts gender pay equality on the agenda, enlisting the support of companies and national bodies to change the sad reality in the Israeli job market, where jobs for the girls come with a lower pay grade than for their male counterparts.

WIZO fights to change the narrative and the reality.

That is the WIZO way. Equality is at the very core of our ethos.
