A 24-hour global call to sign, share and stand against European public support for antisemitism

As an international Zionist women’s movement, World WIZO stands with Jewish communities in Europe — and with their right to live openly, safely and proudly as Jews.

The power of WIZO has always been our ability to turn concern into action.

Today, I am asking every WIZO federation, member, friend and ally to join an urgent global action led by the Combat Antisemitism Movement.

As World WIZO, an international Zionist women’s movement committed to the Jewish people across every continent, we stand today with the Jews of Europe.

Their safety, dignity and right to live openly as Jews must never be compromised by public institutions that claim to uphold democratic values.

Tomorrow, 17 June 2026, an event titled “Justice pour la Palestine” is scheduled to take place in Strasbourg, featuring French rapper Médine Zaouiche, a public figure associated with a documented record of antisemitic controversies.

The concern is not ordinary political debate.

The concern is that this event is being presented with a European Parliament funding association and institutional legitimacy.

No democratic public institution should allow its name, logo, funding or authority to be associated with antisemitism.
