WIZO@102: Female empowerment has always been a cornerstone of WIZO’s mission. In 1947, WIZO commemorated the cornerstone-laying of a new vocational school for girls in Haifa. The school provided young women with the chance to grow socially and professionally, empowering them to contribute positively to Israeli society.
