The Jonas Dormitory is a place of refuge and rehabilitation for Israeli children recently discharged from hospital with a range of mental health issues.
But it’s also a place that’s falling apart.
To qualify for government funding and a residential permit, the entire indoor structure of the dormitory must be renovated. This includes bedrooms, washrooms, showers, common areas, kitchens and staffrooms.
This essential renovation will ensure that the children receive all of the benefits of a modern and uplifting treatment facility.
We simply cannot fail these children in their time of need.
